Alarm level explanation: The customer often opposes care or behaves challengingly. Assess the safety of the individual and the care workers and, if necessary, take appropriate measures to ensure their safety.
ABS-AI evaluates the client’s resistance to treatment and challenging behavior, where 0 = The client is treatment positive 1-2 = Moderate resistance to treatment 3-5 = Significant resistance to treatment 6-11 = Very significant resistance to treatment

- inappropriate behavior
- refusal of care
