Pipeline: Pipeline for index change of measurement: index_institutional_risk

Pipeline is executed for measurement: index_institutional_risk: Risk of being placed in an institutional care (0=no, 2=high)

Pipeline processing steps:

  1. Stop pipeline execution if index has not changed from info to warning or from info or warning level to alarm in long term. Calculation uses statistical analysis which tries to prevent unnecessary notifications caused by short term index variance.
  2. Create notification INDEX_INSTITUTIONAL_RISK: Risk of having to switch to care home has increased.

Notification is created as level: info. Levels: ‘alarm’=red, ‘warning’=yellow, info=‘grey’ Notification is valid 5184000 seconds. After that notification is automatically acknowledged. 3. Stop pipeline if there is already same notification created within 2592000 seconds. 4. Save notification to database.
