Pipeline: Pipeline for index change of measurement: index_emergency_risk

Pipeline is executed for measurement: index_emergency_risk: Risk of having to go in hospital emergency room within nex few days (0=no, 100=high)

Pipeline processing steps:

  1. Stop pipeline execution if index has not changed from info level to warning, or from info or warning level to alarm level.
  2. Create notification EMERGENCY_RISK: Emergency visit risk.

Notification is created as level: warning. Levels: ‘alarm’=red, ‘warning’=yellow, info=‘grey’ Notification is valid 1209600 seconds. After that notification is automatically acknowledged. 3. Stop pipeline if there is already same notification created within 604800 seconds. 4. Save notification to database.
