Alarm level explanation: Significant deviations in the quality of life experienced by the customer.
The quality of life is evaluated on a scale of 0-100, where
- 0-30 = good
- 30-50 = slight deviation
- 50-100 = deviation
The evaluation takes into account
- sense of security
- satisfaction with social relationships
- satisfaction with health
- satisfaction with housing
- satisfaction with eating.
Deviations in each of these are scored between 0-20 and the scores are added together. A high score means a significant deviation.
