Number of home visits
Alarm level explanation: The customer has more daily visits than other customers in the organization with similar functional ability and cognition. The evaluation takes into account
- ADL-AI (ability to perform daily activities)
- CPS-AI (cognition)
- CHESS-AI (stability of health status).

Evaluate if the number of visits is right in relation to the need or if some of them can be changed to video visits

If the customer has video visits, make sure that the customer has a paired video communication device. Otherwise, the customer will needlessly receive an alert about unnecessary home care visits.
