Alarm level explanation: The customer is at a high risk of visiting emergency room. Find out why and how the risk could be reduced.
When evaluating the risk of a visit to the emergency room, the folllowing is taken into account
- The customer’s decision-making ability
- The ability to take care of one’s own hygiene
- The ability to take care of meal preparation
- Abnormalities in eating
- Irritability
In the next 1-2 weeks, on average, half of the customers have to go to the emergency room or need unplanned help from a healthcare professional.

Assess the client’s general condition

Measure fever and blood pressure

If the client has a fever or other symptoms of infection, take a quick CRP

Decide if the client needs health care services due to the increased risk of visiting the emergency room.
Warning level explanation: The client has a slightly increased risk of having to go to the emergency room.
When evaluating the risk of a visit to the emergency room, the folllowing is taken into account

The client’s risk of going to the emergency room is not be high, but it is worth trying to prevent the situation from getting worse.
Ok level explanation: The customer is not at risk of visiting emergency room within the next 5 days for reasons other than an accident or a sudden change in health or there is not enough data available about it.
