Fear and bruising
Alarm level explanation: The client is scared and has bruises. Find out the reason for the observation and discuss the observation with your supervisor if necessary.
Warning level explanation: The customer is afraid or has bruises.
Ok level explanation: The customer has no signs of fear or bruises or no data has been collected about it.
