Alarm level explanation: The patient has not followed up the care plan.
In the evaluation, the following are taken into account: (1) suggested minimum dialysis frequence per week set in the latest care plan (2) the average number of dialysis per week performed by patient during the previous 4 weeks. The number is reported by the dialysis machine directly of by patient by entering data about performed dialysis to dialysis application.
