Need to start dialysis
Alarm level explanation: The patient shows signs of needing to start dialysis in next 30 days.
In the evaluation, the following are taken into account (1) latest eGFR from the previous 30 days (2) latest plasma potassium from the previous 30 days (3) latest plasma urea from the previous 30 days (4) latest weight from patient’s scale from the previous 30 days or latest weight reported by the patient from the previous 30 days (5) latest fatigue rated by the patient
