Pipeline processing steps:

1. Stop pipeline if there is new data from device within ** hours. Hours can be configured in devicetype settings.
2. Stop pipeline if there is new data from device within ** hours. Hours can be configured in devicetype settings.
3. Create new datapoint of type: device_no_data: The device has not sent data as expected.
