Pipeline processing steps:
- Create notification HEART_ISSUE: Tachycardia (rapid heartbeat) lasting more than 30 minutes.
Notification is created as level: warning. Levels: ‘alarm’=red, ‘warning’=yellow, info=‘grey’ Notification is valid 1209600 seconds. After that notification is automatically acknowledged. 2. Stop pipeline execution if there is already 3 notifications within seconds. 3. Save notification to database.
