Pipeline is executed for measurement: offline: The device is offline

Pipeline processing steps:

1. Create notification DEVICE_OFFLINE: Device offline alert.

Notification is created as level: alarm. Levels: ‘alarm’=red, ‘warning’=yellow, info=‘grey’ Notification is valid 259200 seconds. After that notification is automatically acknowledged. 2. Stop pipeline if there is already same notification created within 86400 seconds. 3. Save notification to database.
