Pipeline is executed for measurement: medicine_stock_empty: The medicine stock of the dispencer empty

Pipeline processing steps:

1. Create notification MEDICINE_STOCK_EMPTY: Drugs has run out from the dispencer.

Notification is created as level: alarm. Levels: ‘alarm’=red, ‘warning’=yellow, info=‘grey’ Notification is valid 1209600 seconds. After that notification is automatically acknowledged. 2. Stop pipeline if there is already same notification created within 900 seconds. 3. Save notification to database.
