Pipeline: Pipeline for measurement: medicine_battery

Pipeline is executed for measurement: medicine_battery: Medicine dispenser battery low. TODO - convert to generic device battery messages

Pipeline processing steps:

1. Create notification DEVICE_LOW_BATTERY: Low battery.

Notification is created as level: alarm. Levels: ‘alarm’=red, ‘warning’=yellow, info=‘grey’ Notification is valid 1209600 seconds. After that notification is automatically acknowledged. 2. Stop pipeline if there is already same notification created within 3600 seconds. 3. Save notification to database.
