Pipeline is executed for measurement: index_care_visit: Care visit index for analyzing excessive service usage

Pipeline processing steps:

1. Continue pipeline only if value from field value is above 9.
2. Create notification INDEX_CARE_VISIT: Lots of treatment visits.

Notification is created as level: warning. Levels: ‘alarm’=red, ‘warning’=yellow, info=‘grey’ Notification is valid 5184000 seconds. After that notification is automatically acknowledged. 3. Stop pipeline if there is already same notification created within 31536000 seconds. 4. Save notification to database.
