Pipeline is executed for measurement: hypoglycemia: The customer has hypoglycemia (low blood glugose)

Pipeline processing steps:

1. Create notification HYPOGLYCEMIA: Low blood sugar.

Notification is created as level: alarm. Levels: ‘alarm’=red, ‘warning’=yellow, info=‘grey’ Notification is valid 259200 seconds. After that notification is automatically acknowledged. 2. Stop pipeline execution if there is already 2 notifications within seconds. 3. Save notification to database.
