Pipeline: Pipeline for measurement: left_home

Pipeline is executed for measurement: home_left: The customer has left home or is out of range of home hub

Pipeline processing steps:

1. Create notification HOME_LEFT: Home left alarm. Notification is created as level: alarm. Levels: ‘alarm’=red, ‘warning’=yellow, info=‘grey’ Notification is valid 86400 seconds. After that notification is automatically acknowledged.
2. Stop pipeline execution if there is already 5 notifications within seconds.
3. Save notification to database.
