Pipeline is executed for measurement: help_increasing_trend: The number of emergency calls has increased from the past

Pipeline processing steps:

1. Continue pipeline only if value from field value is above 0.
2. Create notification HELP_INCREASING_TREND: Number of emergency calls has increased.

Notification is created as level: warning. Levels: ‘alarm’=red, ‘warning’=yellow, info=‘grey’ Notification is valid 1209600 seconds. After that notification is automatically acknowledged. 3. Stop pipeline if there is already same notification created within 604800 seconds. 4. Save notification to database.
