Pipeline is executed for measurement: help_daypattern: Emergency calls often at the same time of day

Pipeline processing steps:

1. Continue pipeline only if value from field value is above 0.
2. Create notification HELP_DAYPATTERN: Emergency calls often at the same time of day. Notification is created as level: info. Levels: ‘alarm’=red, ‘warning’=yellow, info=‘grey’ Notification is valid 5184000 seconds. After that notification is automatically acknowledged.
3. Stop pipeline if there is already same notification created within 7776000 seconds.
4. Save notification to database.
