Pipeline is executed for measurement: help: The customer has made an emergency call or pressed the alarm button

Pipeline processing steps:

1. Create notification HELP: Emergency call.

Notification is created as level: alarm. Levels: ‘alarm’=red, ‘warning’=yellow, info=‘grey’ Notification is valid 86400 seconds. After that notification is automatically acknowledged. 2. Insert location link to notification data. 3. Save notification to database.
