Pipeline is executed for measurement: geoalarm: The customer has crossed the geo-fence

Pipeline processing steps:

1. Create notification GEOFENCE_ALARM: Geo-fence alarm.

Notification is created as level: alarm. Levels: ‘alarm’=red, ‘warning’=yellow, info=‘grey’ Notification is valid 86400 seconds. After that notification is automatically acknowledged. 2. Insert location link to notification data. 3. Save notification to database.
