Pipeline is executed for measurement: frequent_mains_not_ok: The device is frequently disconnected from the mains

Pipeline processing steps:

1. Create notification FREQUENT_MAINS_NOT_OK: Repeatedly switched from AC to battery operation.

Notification is created as level: warning. Levels: ‘alarm’=red, ‘warning’=yellow, info=‘grey’ Notification is valid 1209600 seconds. After that notification is automatically acknowledged. 2. Stop pipeline if there is already same notification created within 2592000 seconds. 3. Save notification to database.
