Pipeline is executed for measurement: frequent_abnormal_sleeping: Frequent abnormal sleeping

Pipeline processing steps:

1. Create notification FREQUENT_ABNORMAL_SLEEPING: Abnormal sleep rhythm. Notification is created as level: warning. Levels: ‘alarm’=red, ‘warning’=yellow, info=‘grey’ Notification is valid 1209600 seconds. After that notification is automatically acknowledged.
2. Stop pipeline if there is already same notification created within 604800 seconds.
3. Save notification to database.
