Pipeline is executed for measurement: client_about_to_miss_medication: The customer is about to miss medication

Pipeline processing steps:

1. Create notification CLIENT_ABOUT_TO_MISS_MEDICATION: Client about to miss medication.

Notification is created as level: alarm. Levels: ‘alarm’=red, ‘warning’=yellow, info=‘grey’ Notification is valid 259200 seconds. After that notification is automatically acknowledged. 2. Stop pipeline if there is already same notification created within 900 seconds. 3. Save notification to database.
