Pipeline is executed for measurement: copd: Likelihood for deviation copd treatment balance

Pipeline processing steps:

1. Continue pipeline only if value from field ** is increasing and above value 30
2. Create notification VITALS: Deviation in vital signs.

Notification is created as level: alarm. Levels: ‘alarm’=red, ‘warning’=yellow, info=‘grey’ Notification is valid 259200 seconds. After that notification is automatically acknowledged. 3. Save notification to database.
