DRS-AI evaluates the client’s level of depression, where 0-2 = No signs of depression 3-6 = Mild depression 7-10 = Depression 11-14 = Severe depression
The assessment considers
- negative talk
- irritability
- fears
- expressing concerns
- sadness
- tearfulness
DRS-AI scores are usually close to DRS scores (see https://academic.oup.com/ageing/article/37/1/51/25226), but may differ in some situations because DRS-AI relies on the client’s daily care notes interpreted by artificial intelligence.
